Document Controller
Responsibilities:
Collect, scan, and upload documents following established procedures.
Register and manage technical documents (reports, drawings, blueprints) in the system.
Use SmartSolve Document Management for daily operations, maintenance, and quality control.
Notify relevant personnel of document updates and access procedures.
Print and distribute documents as needed.
Coordinate document management across multiple departments (HR, marketing, construction).
Organize and preserve paper documents efficiently.
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in document control is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team.
