Document Controller


Responsibilities:

  • Collect, scan, and upload documents following established procedures.

  • Register and manage technical documents (reports, drawings, blueprints) in the system.

  • Use SmartSolve Document Management for daily operations, maintenance, and quality control.

  • Notify relevant personnel of document updates and access procedures.

  • Print and distribute documents as needed.

  • Coordinate document management across multiple departments (HR, marketing, construction).

  • Organize and preserve paper documents efficiently.

  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in document control is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team.
